Refunds and Exchange
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We have a no exchange policy as all outfits are made to order.
An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only if the purchased item is unused and undamaged by the customer.
NON ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR AN EXCHANGE:
We hold the right to not amend orders after 72 hours of order confirmation.
Customised and made-to-measure orders are non-exchangeable and ineligible for refund or chargeback. It is customer’s responsibility to ask for pictures before dispatch to confirm sizing and details.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
Returns or refund of any order are entertained only if reported within 72 hours of delivery.
To initiate a request for return, notify our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp at +92320 0001883 or email at info@zainabzulfiqar.com and provide your order number, reason for return with clear pictures or videos as evidence.
Our Customer Service team will evaluate your request and will contact you if your request is genuine and eligible for return. If the complaint is genuine, your refund will be processed within the following timelines:
- One working day, if payment by the customer was done via debit and credit card
- Three working days, if the payment by the customer was done via COD or bank transfer. The payment will be returned by us through bank transfer.
The return process will only initiate once the returned item reaches our delivery address.
No dispute or chargeback is valid if the complaint is not registered first via WhatsApp.
NON ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RETURN:
- Change of mind
- Dislike after opening the package
- No longer need an outfit
- Cancelation of an order due to unrelated reasons
- Return request placed after 72 hours of delivery
- Returned item is in an inadequate condition or damaged (In this case, we reserve the right to send it back to you or refuse to issue the return)
- No dispute/chargeback is applicable if the outfits are not returned back

ORDER CANCELLATION:
- Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of placement. If payment has been made, it will be returned within the following timelines:
i) One working day, if payment by the customer was done via debit and credit card
ii) Three working days, if the payment by the customer was done via COD or bank transfer. The payment will be returned by us through bank transfer.
